Refund policy

If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it. Below are a number of conditions:

• Return or exchange within the trial period of 14 days.
• Make sure that the item is complete, not worn/used and undamaged.
• Please use the return form to return the items.
• Make sure the original tags and labels are still attached to the item.

If everything goes well and it meets the points mentioned above, we will refund the total amount, minus the contribution to the return costs, in the same way as the payment is made.

Returns normally reach us within a few days at which point we will action the refund on receipt. However, sometimes returns take a little longer to get to us so please allow up to ten working days for your goods to be returned to us.
